When I visit a place, I spent quite sometime to find out where to stay. Is the neighborhood of the hotel/inn nice? Is the price reasonable? Think about how good that is if the information can be share among others.

Where is the good place for dinner after a day long sightseeing? If you live in that area, you sure will know. But if you stay there for only couple days, you want to have the best experience. A lot of the time, a good dinner and a bad one is not because we are not eating at a fanny restaurant, but because we do not know which one has the best cook or chef. I need to add this feature in the site in a searchable manner.
